Aurora Public Library
Check to see what books this library has on your topic. You will need your library card number to place a hold on books that you locate. Your library card number will allow you to access their magazine and newspaper databases which are MasterFile and E-Library.
Newmarket Public Library
You will need your public library card number to access the Newmarket Public Library catalogue from the school computers. You can check their resources and reserve items for your use from our school computers if you have a library card. You can also access their magazine and newspaper databases EBSCO HOST etc. from our school computers if you have picked up a pin number from the library. You need to ask for this number in person at the Newmarket Public Library.
Richmond Hill Public Library
You will need a Richmond Hill Library card to access this site. However, York Region residents are entitled to a card free of charge as this is the central library for the region. Richmond Hill is the only library which is open on both Sunday and Monday. Take identification and proof of residency with you when you go to obtain a card. With your library card number, you can access their library catalogue, place holds on materials, and access their electronic databases. Their collection of materials is the largest in the region.
